VERMONT - The Multiple Scorgasms also ensured that they will actually be drafting in 2019 by sending Whit Merrifield to the BF Dent Allstars for a trio of picks.  There were rumors floating around that Max Scherzer could also be on the move, but inevitably the teams couldn't come to terms on the proper return.  The feeling is that Eloy Jimenez may have been discussed, due to the fact that the Scorgasms have always had Chicago-sized wood for Jimenez.

Hot Stove Begins

WILMINGTON, MA - As Hawk Harrelson would say, "Put it on the board, Yes!"  The Fenway Flats are finally on the draft board for 2019 adding multiple picks early in the draft.  Where they would have made their first pick around 70th overall, now it will be closer to 25th.  The upgrade did come at a heavy cost as the Wildcard acquired NL Cy Young candidate and all around sexy beast Aaron Nola.  Details of the deal are below.
